Returns Policy
RETURNS POLICY:
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us, but if you’re not you can follow the steps below in order to return an item.
You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. For alternative sizes, you will need to place a new order. Not to worry though, this is usually way quicker than waiting for an exchange to be processed.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.
Please follow the below instructions to begin your return:
- Notify us in writing via email to info@oceanculture.life that you’re cancelling your order no later than the 7th day on which you received your product.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition to the below address:

Upon inspection of the returned product, OCL will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, OCL reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
We will refund the purchase price of any goods returned no later than 14 days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.
To avoid returns, please ensure that you check our size chart carefully and read the description of each item in detail.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.
We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.
SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
